1976Name change to “Indimant Industriediamanten GmbH”
1976Design development and production of diamond tools for the engraving industry in cooperation with Dr. Rudolf Hell / Hell – Gravure-Systems (machine manufacturer)
1992INDIMANT becomes a 100% subsidiary company of UNICORN International PLC, GB
1996Certification according to DIN EN ISO9001
1997SAINT-GOBAIN takes over UNICORN International PLC, GB
2001New company name: SAINT-GOBAIN Indimant
2002Merger of SG Winter and SG Indimant – new name: Saint-Gobain Diamantwerkzeuge GmbH & Co. Kg;
environmental management system is certified according to DIN EN ISO 14001
